The first step of processing personalized gifts is the design stage. We will first make the design for you to approve before we proceed to the next stage.
Eusi Black Gift Shop has professionals who take utmost care and caution to small detail when processing personalized gifts.
However, at any stage of the next processing stages after design, there is always a risk factor and a slim chance that the desired outcome may not be (fully) attained for one reason or the other
Kindly note that should this happen (highly unlikely) in the process of branding, Eusi Black shall not be held liablefor the rebrand.
If the rebrand can be done on the same item, the client shall bear the cost.
The cost for rebrand will depend on the type of branding and the materials to be used.
If the gift item is completely damaged and cannot be salvaged, the team will find the best possible solution to solve the matter.
