Eusi Black has a return policy that lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it (including packaging) for
them to be eligible for returns. Used items are not eligible for a return.
Our team will also inspect the returned goods to ascertain their condition.
Returns are, however, limited to certain products.
Returns for the following are not acceptable
- Personalized gifts
- Online Gift Vouchers (software)
- Perishable goods
- Worn Shoes
- Items on sale
- Goods that have since been torn, scratched or pierced
Exchanges (same product)
We can only replace items purchased from us if they are defective, damaged or non-functional.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and
we will follow it up to ensure that the exchange is made.
If the item purchased was a gift and delivered directly to the gift recipient, they will
receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to the gift recipient to be
used to purchase another product.
If, however, the item was delivered to the gift giver (buyer) for them to give it to
the gift recipient later,
we will send a gift credit to the gift giver and (s)he will find out about your
return either via mail, direct call or SMS.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the products to us.
The shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the second delivery will also be incurred by you.
