Terms of Payment

 

EUSI BLACK TERMS OF PAYMENT

Accessing and placing an order via the site, email, call or text message indicates your agreement to all the Terms of Payment contained in this agreement, so kindly read this agreement before proceeding. If you do not agree with any of these terms of payment then please do not place your oder with Eusi Black. The terms apply to all users of Eusi Black website and other platforms.

Off the shelf gifts

These are gift items that are not customized.

You pay for the items upon delivery if you are in Nairobi but the full payment is required upfront if you are outside Nairobi.

Personalized Gifts

We require atleast 50% deposit for all gift items that are to be personalized and the balance upon delivery if you are in Nairobi.

If you are outside Nairobi, we will require the full payment before we ship out the gifts to you.

This applies to all our clients whether individual or corporate.

Deposit Payment

Deposit payment for an item is non-refundable and often not transferrable to another item at a later date and this is the reason why;

Example:

You need 50 pieces of item A. In stock we have 56 pieces. You place a deposit for the items so that we do not sell them to a different client.

We hold the 50 pieces for you and the next day we sell the remaininfg 6 pieces. Now that item has stocked out since we cannot sell the 50 units that you partially or fully paid for.

On subsequent days we get inquiries about this same item from different customers but we turn them away since the ones 'in stock' have been reserved by you.

You later communicate to us that you do not want the items anymore due to varios reasons.

We would totally ynderstand your reason(s) buut at the same time had you not reserved them we would  most probably sold them to a different client.

Late Payment fees

This mostly applies to corporate clients. Should you fail to pay the balance 14 days after the invoice date, a 10.5% late payment fee is incurred on the total amount due.

This amount increases by 10.5% every  two weeks (on the accumulated amount due) until the amount is settled.

Payment Channels

Eusi Black Gift Shop has three modes of payment namely MPESA, bank transfer and cheques but under certain circumstances.
